Nevertheless, our meticulous care has been rewarded by defect statistics impressively low and tending to zero.
We have opened a lab in internal, and each supply in your bikini passes through our rigorous testing; from the tiniest bead, to all fabric rolls. Everything is tested to pool water, sea water, and long exposure to strong light. We also run other quality tests such as strength to tension and durability. Our experience in manufacturing creative items reinforces our lab control as we can anticipate occurrences.
At several steps of production, each item is checked thoroughly by inline checkers, and lastly by the final checking team prior to shipment. Thaikila’s Quality Control Department certifies that you will receive a duly checked and perfect item to meet our stringent and exacting quality requirements.

We do not offer refunds if you have chosen an inadequate item: wrong size, color or style. However, you may return the unworn item(s) within 10 days of reception to:

If the exchanged item is more expensive, you must pay the difference.
- If the exchanged item is cheaper, you will lose the difference.
- If the item you desired is out of stock and cannot be sourced from elsewhere, Customer Care Officer will contact you to discuss further.
- Please note that for underwear and swimwear, we will not accept any return if the hygiene seal has been removed.
- If you chose wrong size bikini, you may exchange it. Exchange is possible for one time only as we expect you to know your Thaikila sizing afterward.
You report a defect to us and we will evaluate whether the defect originates from a misuse or from production. Please email the picture of the faulty product and provide us with more information (conditions of occurrence, date of purchase, copy of invoice). Our Customer Care Officer will evaluate the exact origin of the problem, and detail the solution to each case:
Defects originate from misuse by customer
Defects may occur from a misuse. In this case we will not replace the item(s), but are willing to assist by offering you some components to help you mend your bikini (see paragraph “supply” below).
Defect originate from production process
We will repair, exchange, refund, or issue a credit note, and reserve the choice of replacement. You will ship the defect back to us, and we will ship any replacement for free.
Special offer: if you buy another item(s) in our site by spending US$ 250, we will send replacement item(s) and the new item(s) by courier express for free. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. For this, please select your preferred item(s) online, and send your order to email@example.com. Our Customer Care Officer will get back to you shortly with the next instructions.
We supply components of accessories & trimming; such as shell, beads, golden elastic, or any kind of trimming. You will be able to purchase them via email with the help of our Customer Care Officer on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product. All extra charges from third party will stay at the charge of the customer.
Cancellation by Customer (non-defect product)
We do our best to ensure that the image and description on the website is an accurate depiction of the product. but please bear in mind that different monitors may render different images.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Officer on email@example.com. No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to Thaikila according to guidelines provided by the Costumer Care Officer.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the website, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
We ensure that the price stated on the website is accurate, but the price of your order will need to be validated by us as part of our acceptance procedure. If the price for the order changes before we accept your order, we will contact you and ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the amended price.
Items sold at a lower price; such as in sale category, cannot be exchanged, returned, nor refund.
When there is no replacement product available and you do not want to choose another item(s) immediately, we offer a credit note. It can be used to purchase your preferred item(s) in our website within 1 year.
