We reserve the sole right to change these policies without notice. Therefore, we invite you to check their updates on Thaikila’s web site frequently.
Quality: All the items (bikinis and accessories etc) for sale are tested by Thaikila’s Quality Control service in order to certify their accordance to Thaikila’s stringent quality requirements. Description: We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the web site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been wrongly published, including prices and promotions.Sizes: Please refer to the size guide for clarification. Wrapping: Items are delivered with extra gorgeous pouch! Discrepancies: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the web site. - Delivery Terms
Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent immediately upon reception of the full payment into Thaikila’s account. The shipping information (tracking number/airway bill) is sent to you by us so you can track your order.
We use International express courier services with estimated time of arrival within 3 – 5 working days to deliver to all countries. List of countries might be subject to changes, thus, we invite you to check its update online. Courier does not accept addresses stated as P.O. Box; please state a street delivery address. Shipping is the sole responsibility of courier, following its own terms and conditions. In case of problem or delay, please contact the courier directly, as per the indication we supply upon delivery.If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
Use the shipping information, airway bill/tracking number sent to you by us to track the status of your shipment.
- Condition of Reception
Products are guaranteed original and genuine. The invoice is the certificate of guarantee. Courier is responsible of delivering goods in the same quantity and state as per their pick-up. Upon reception, you are responsible of checking your parcel, and the integrity of the Thaikila seal; any discrepancy such as damage or loss, should be escalated, and claimed directly to the courier. Any events, whatever they are, which evade Thaikila’s willpower (force majeure, strike, administrative decision, shipping problem, etc.) and which may affect the execution of the delivery, cannot be used against Thaikila as a matter of cancellation of the order, neither can give you the right to claim for damage and interests.
We supply a commercial invoice only. We will not be held responsible to supply any additional document.
- Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns of merchandise purchased only from our web site within 10 days from the date of shipment. Items returned should be in its original packaging, unworn, liner in place and with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any bottoms or swimwear that have been tried in direct skin contact.Reject resulting from a misuse will not be accepted by Blue Glue. Defects may be returned for servicing. Blue Glue will repair, exchange or refund by credit note, in the stated order, and will remain the sole party deciding of replacement terms.Sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged.Process for returning an item:
Send an email to email@example.com listing your Name, Invoice Number, and the reference of the item(s) you would like to return.
Please specify the reason (size or colour exchange), or send a photo if there is a defect.
Our customer care will handle your claim within 48 hours.
When your claim is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and return the item to us, along with all information stated above.

In reality, these emails are from an unauthorized and phony source. So there will never be any confusion:
– Thaikila.com DOES NOT email you to verify your credit card number. You should NOT provide your credit card or password.
– You should only submit credit card information when making the payment at PayPal’s website.
- Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you by email to propose an agreeable alternative.
Prizes won from online contests and events must be claimed within 12 months from the date of the winner’s announcement.
- Liability Limit
You have to verify under your own responsibility that the products can be imported and used in the country of destination. You should be legally complying with your country’s custom and tax administrations, and regulations.Some countries may collect customs duties and levies during the custom clearance process of the products. These additional charges have to be borne by you as the charges are imposed by the local customs, which we do not have any control of. Please contact your local customs office for further details on the charges.
Thaikila remains the sole owner of the merchandise until complete payment, and the ownership is transferred to you as soon as the payment is received.
- Enforceable Law
You agree to be bound by the Sales Terms and Conditions of Thaikila. The laws of Seychelles shall govern all contractual issues (in its respective legal jurisdictions) arising from the use of this web site. Should any dispute arise, it will be submitted and resolved by the competent court according to Thaikila’s Licensee rep office location.

Ltd. is a Licensee of Thaikila trademark, and except expressly authorized, the use or misuse of any of the matters displayed on this website is strictly prohibited without obtaining the prior written consent from Youkilele Pte.
