OUR RETAIL STORES ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED

The safety and health of our customers, team members, and community continues to be our number one priority. At this time, we have made the decision to close our stores; except Ubud (open by appointment only) and Berawa (everyday from 4PM to 7PM). This is a temporary closure.

YOU CAN STILL SHOP ONLINE WITH US

We are following government advice and guidance and have put safety measures in place for all of our team members at the distribution centre which remain open 2 days per week;

  • Monday from 8 AM to 12 noon (GMT +8)
  • Thursday from 8 AM to 12 noon (GMT +8)

Orders will be shipped within those operational hours. You may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams.

Due to temporary closure of our stores in Bali and Thailand, we are unable to fulfil in-store pickup orders. Once our stores reopen, we will begin offering in-store pick up again.
