We have endeavoured to make the process as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below:
- In the event of any damage or defect, we will replace the item/s free of charge and inclusive of postage and handling.
- Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a replacement.
- If we do not have the item in stock, then we will issue a credit note (voucher), or refund it.
- You can request a size exchange, but you will have to cover the shipping charges and custom duties.

How to proceed for a Return in case of quality defect or size exchange
- State your purchase number.
- Share your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos (for a defect).
- We will provide you with an Authorization for Return or Refund.
Send your item/s, in the original packaging, with tag attached and liner in place to:
Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund or exchange, and send you an email confirmation.
For exchanged items, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to our storage in Bali Indonesia and back, plus eventual additional custom duties if any.
Sale of items on Clearance Sale is FINAL. No refund, and no return.
