At Thaikila we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for a refund or exchange assuming the item is unused, with original packaging and in the same condition you received it. We have endeavoured to make the process as simple as possible, so please follow the steps below:

Refunds & Exchanges

Step 1: Please email customercare@thaikila.com with your purchase receipt attached and we will provide you with an RA number and Return Form.
Step 2: Print and complete the Return Form enclosed within in the email.
Step 3: Send your item/s, along with packaging and the Return Form to:

Step 4: Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation.

Please Note:

• You will be responsible for covering the shippings costs to our offices and back for exchanged or returned item/s.
• Sale items are final sale only and will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

Manufacturing Flaws

In the event of any damage or defect caused by manufacturing we will replace the item/s free of charge and inclusive of postage and handling. Please contact us at customercare@thaikila.com to arrange a replacement.
