At Thaikila we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for a refund or exchange assuming the item is unused and in perfect condition as received, and is returned in its original packaging.

  • Share your concerns and attach photos when needed.
  • Enclose your purchase receipt.
  • We will provide you with an Authorisation for Return or Refund.

Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation.

Please note

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to our office and back for exchanged or returned item(s).
  • We do not refund, credit, or exchange sale items.

Manufacturing flaws

In the event of any damage or defect caused by manufacturing we will replace the item(s) free of charge and inclusive of postage and handling. Please contact us at customercare@thaikila.com to arrange a replacement.
