Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to our office and back for exchanged or returned item(s).
- In case refund is made, it will be credited back using the original payment method.
- We do not refund, credit, or exchange sale items.
In the event of any damage or defect caused by manufacturing, we will replace the item(s) free of charge and inclusive of postage and handling. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a replacement.
