At Thaikila we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.
Returning to Bali Indonesia can be very expensive since it will be on your own cost for both directions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for an exchange or refund as long as you are willing to cover the shipping charges.

 
 
We have endeavoured to make the process as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below:

Refund

  • In the event of any damage or defect, we will replace the item/s free of charge and inclusive of postage and handling.
  • Please contact us at customercare@thaikila.com to arrange a replacement.
  • If we do not have the item in stock, then we will issue a credit note (voucher), or refund it.

Exchange

  • You can request a size exchange, but you will have to cover the shipping charges and custom duties.
  • See paragraph below

How to proceed for a Return in case of quality defect or size exchange

Step 1

  1. State your purchase number.
  2. Share your concerns to customercare@thaikila.com and attach photos (for a defect).
  3. We will provide you with an Authorization for Return or Refund.

Send your item/s, in the original packaging, with tag attached and liner in place to:

Step 3 

Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund or exchange, and send you an email confirmation.

Please Note:

For exchanged items, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to our storage in Bali Indonesia and back, plus eventual additional custom duties if any.
