  • or restrict delivery destinations
    at our sole discretion where operationally necessary.

2. Shipping Processing Time

Far Countries, Rural Areas & Islands

For destinations categorized under:

  • DHL remote zones,
  • FedEx remote zones,
  • rural delivery zones,
  • island regions,
  • or operationally restricted delivery areas,

the following shipping fees may apply:

  • Flat shipping fee of USD 35.
  • Voluminous Items A shipping fee of USD 104.
  • Voluminous Items B shipping fee of USD 88.

Additional remote-area surcharges, operational surcharges, or carrier adjustments may apply depending on:

  • carrier assessment,
  • shipment accessibility,
  • operational feasibility,
  • regional restrictions,
  • or destination limitations.

For certain destinations within the United States, including selected remote delivery areas, rural zones, operationally restricted regions, Washington D.C., or other locations designated by shipping carriers, additional remote-area shipping surcharges may apply and shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees, operational surcharges, carrier adjustments, and remote-area charges remain subject to change without prior notice based on:

  • or carrier policy changes.

Indonesia Domestic Shipping

Shipping within Indonesia is generally free with no minimum purchase requirement.

Delivery availability and estimated transit times may vary depending on:

  • courier coverage,
  • and local delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • peak seasons,

Thaikila shall not be liable for shipment delays occurring after carrier handover.


5. Shipment Tracking Responsibility

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • responding to courier communications,
  • completing customs requirements,
  • and ensuring shipment acceptance.

Tracking history may include:

  • customs payment notices,
  • brokerage fee requests,
  • advancement fee notifications,
  • identity verification requests,
  • customs processing updates,
  • delivery scheduling,
  • or delivery exceptions.

Failure to:

  • monitor shipment tracking,
  • respond to courier requests,
  • complete customs procedures,
  • or pay applicable import-related charges
    may result in:
  • shipment delays,
  • customs holds,
  • return-to-origin (RTO),
  • abandonment,
  • disposal,
  • shipment destruction,
  • or additional operational charges.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • import duties,
  • VAT/GST,
  • customs processing charges,
  • brokerage fees,
  • advancement fees,
  • remote-area surcharges,
  • operational surcharges,
  • and other import-related charges imposed by customs authorities or shipping providers.

Unless otherwise stated, international shipments are generally sent on a:

  • Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU),
  • or Delivered At Place (DAP)
    basis.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • all import-related charges,
  • customs clearance procedures,
  • compliance with local import laws,
  • and shipment acceptance requirements.

Once a shipment has been:

  • dispatched,
  • handed over to the carrier,
  • or entered customs clearance procedures,

certain import-related obligations may no longer be cancellable.

Import-related charges may remain payable even if shipments are:

  • refused,
  • returned,
  • abandoned,
  • undeliverable,
  • disposed,
  • or returned to origin (RTO).

Refusal of shipment acceptance does not automatically cancel:

  • customs obligations,
  • brokerage fees,
  • advancement fees,
  • operational charges,
  • or carrier-imposed import-related costs.

7. Identity Verification Requests

Shipping carriers, customs authorities, payment providers, or fraud prevention services may require:

  • identity verification,
  • address verification,
  • customs documentation,
  • or supporting information
    before shipment release or delivery completion.

Customers are responsible for:

  • responding promptly,
  • providing accurate information,
  • and cooperating with verification procedures where applicable.

Failure to complete verification procedures may result in:

  • shipment delays,
  • customs holds,
  • shipment refusal,
  • transaction cancellation,
  • return-to-origin (RTO),
  • or operational restrictions.

8. Customer Follow-Up Assistance

Where operationally feasible, Thaikila may attempt to contact customers regarding:

  • customs payment notices,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • shipment exceptions,
  • import-related issues,
  • or delivery problems.

Thaikila may attempt customer follow-up up to:

  • three (3) contact attempts,
  • within approximately three (3) business days
    from the date relevant shipment information is received from the shipping provider.

However, customers remain fully responsible for:

  • monitoring shipment tracking directly,
  • responding to courier requests,
  • and completing required actions within carrier or customs deadlines.

Failure to respond may result in:

  • shipment return,
  • customs disposal,
  • abandonment,
  • shipment destruction,
  • or additional operational charges.

9. Restricted Shipping Destinations

Due to operational, customs, carrier, legal, or regional restrictions, Thaikila may be unable to ship to certain destinations.


Turkey, Delaware (U.S.), Ukraine & Russia

Thaikila is currently unable to process shipments to:

  • Turkey,
  • Delaware (United States),
  • Ukraine,
  • and Russia

due to:

  • customs regulations,
  • operational limitations,
  • carrier restrictions,
  • sanctions,
  • or shipping feasibility limitations.

Customers located in these regions may provide an alternative shipping address in an eligible destination country or region for order processing.

Shipping restrictions relating to Delaware as a delivery destination do not affect the legal jurisdiction provisions set forth in our Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction Policy. Delaware remains the exclusive agreed legal jurisdiction for applicable disputes and legal proceedings involving Thaikila.

Thaikila reserves the right to:

  • cancel orders,
  • refuse shipments,
  • or restrict transactions
    to operationally restricted destinations at our sole discretion.

Temporary Suspension to Selected Middle East Destinations

Due to regional operational conditions and carrier limitations, shipments to the following destinations may be temporarily suspended:

  • Israel,
  • Bahrain,
  • Jordan,
  • Kuwait,
  • Lebanon,
  • Oman,
  • Qatar,
  • and United Arab Emirates.

Shipping services may resume without prior notice once operational conditions permit.

Customers may provide alternative eligible shipping destinations where applicable.


10. Shipping Within Bali

Thaikila may accommodate selected local deliveries within Bali using:

  • GoSend,
  • GrabExpress,
  • or similar local courier services
    where operationally feasible.

These services are:

  • subject to courier availability,
  • not guaranteed,
  • and not considered our default shipping method.

Local instant delivery arrangements may vary depending on:

  • delivery location,
  • courier availability,
  • weather conditions,
  • operational circumstances,
  • and order feasibility.

11. Carrier Limitation Clause

Shipping carrier availability, delivery routes, shipping methods, and operational capabilities may change without prior notice due to:

  • operational conditions,
  • customs restrictions,
  • sanctions,
  • regional instability,
  • carrier policy changes,
  • weather disruptions,
  • or force majeure events.

Thaikila reserves the right to:

  • change shipping providers,
  • modify shipment routing,
  • consolidate shipments,
  • delay dispatch,
  • or cancel shipments
    where operationally necessary.

12. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer

Once a shipment has been:

  • dispatched,
  • scanned by the carrier,
  • or handed over to the shipping provider,

certain shipping-related risks may transfer to the customer to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

A shipment marked as:

  • “Delivered,”
  • “Completed,”
  • or equivalent delivery confirmation
    by the shipping carrier may be considered prima facie evidence of successful delivery.

Thaikila reserves the right to rely on:

  • shipment tracking,
  • GPS delivery confirmation,
  • customs records,
  • courier investigation reports,
  • and operational logs
    during shipment investigations, dispute handling, or chargeback defense procedures.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thaikila shall not be liable for:

  • customs-related losses,
  • shipment delays,
  • customs inspections,
  • operational disruptions,
  • government actions,
  • sanctions,
  • carrier interruptions,
  • force majeure events,
  • shipment refusals,
  • payment interruptions,
  • or third-party carrier failures beyond our reasonable control.

Thaikila’s total liability relating to any shipment or order shall not exceed the original purchase amount paid for the applicable order.


14. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Customers agree that disputes arising from:

  • shipping services,
  • customs matters,
  • delivery issues,
  • shipment-related charges,
  • carrier disputes,
  • or related transactions
    shall first be attempted to be resolved through:
  • direct communication,
  • good-faith negotiation,
  • mediation,
  • or binding arbitration procedures where permitted by applicable law.

Where arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable, customers agree that any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States.

Customers expressly agree to:

  • submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States,
  • waive objections relating to venue or forum convenience,
  • and acknowledge Delaware as the exclusive agreed legal venue for applicable disputes.

Customers further agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of:

  • class actions,
  • representative proceedings,
  • consolidated actions,
  • or collective legal claims.

Customers also waive any right to trial by jury where permitted under applicable law.
