5. Customs Clearance & Verification Requirements

the order may no longer be considered fully cancellable for customs and import processing purposes.

- returned,
- abandoned,

7. Refused Shipments & Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is:
- refused,
- abandoned,
- undeliverable,
- returned to origin (RTO),
- delayed due to unpaid import charges,
- or affected by customer non-response,
the customer remains responsible for:
- import duties,
- customs taxes,
- brokerage fees,
- advancement fees,
- return shipping fees,
- operational surcharges,
- storage fees,
- disposal fees,
- and all related carrier or customs charges.
Thaikila shall not be responsible for:
- customs disposal,
- abandoned shipments,
- shipment destruction,
- failed delivery outcomes,
- customs penalties,
- or losses arising from refused or unclaimed shipments.
8. Non-Refundable Customs Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

- brokerage fees,
