5. Final Sale Promotional Items

Products purchased through:

  • may not be redeemed for cash,
  • transferred,

13. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This Promotional Terms Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Customers agree that disputes arising from:
